Q. Can i edit my order once it has been placed?
Unfortunately not, the process is automated to ensure your book is delivered to you as quickly as possible, however, do email firstname.lastname@example.org if you have any problems, and we will do our best to help you.
Q. How long does it take to produce my order?
It can take 2-5 business days to produce your order. The HardBack editions take the longest. Once your book has been produced, we will then dispatch through your chosen courier method.
Q. How long does delivery take?
Standard delivery options are Second Class Royal Mail (2-5 Days) & First Class Royal Mail (1-2 Days) and delivery times usually follow these timings, however delivery times may vary depending on Royal Mails capacity. Next day signed for delivery is available with DHL Express.
Q. Is tracking available on my order?
This depends on your shipping method. Standard shipping does not have any tracking, but if you need your personalised childrens book in a rush and with tracking, then select DHL Express at the checkout and we will provide all the information you need when your book is dispatched. Please note that it will still take several days to make your book before dispatch.
Q. How can i Pay?
We accept PayPal, Visa Credit/Debit & MasterCard payment methods.
Q. Where are these Children’s Books Made?
Each book is manufactured in Sunny Yorkshire by our excellent printing partners.
Q. How do I contact flumbles?
